The Device of Obedience

In truth, the Device of Obedience, is not the item pictured.
The Device of Obedience is my dog training collar, modified to fit a much smaller dog. I find it effective at ranges up to a few hundred feet. If Pet is slow on his feet, then the intensity can be raised accordingly. He then moves faster. I do not use the Device of Obedience when he is on the scaffold, forty feet up, or when he is bringing me my freshly ground and brewed morning coffee. Twouldn't be right. If I hear any complaints, the intensity is turned up. More complaints, or a less than happy expression, causes the intensity to go up. Eventually complete obedience is achieved. I give this training tool ***** stars.

No harm or injury was suffered by my Pet in the performance of his duties :)

Hi! I decided to chime in here as I too have discovered some of the joys of using the electric dog collar!

I don't use it as a training aid, just as a fun supplemental stimulus for our playtime activities. If you've read my book or my articles, you'll know I don't agree with corporal punishment as a form of punishment - only as treats for the sub...but I digress...

I have a lightweight model from Radio Fence that has a very small keychain sized transmitter. You set the intensity with toggle switches (which means you really can't adjust dynamically), but it has a 'boost' switch on the side of the transmitter which adds two levels of 'correction' to the intensity. We've set it at an intensity that he can find stimulating but not brutal and then the boost allows it to go into the more 'painful' level...so I can choose between the two.

Recently, we've modified a humbler (a wooden device that traps the scrotum and pulls it up behind the man so he is forced to stay bent over, or 'humbled') by drilling two holes in the yoke of the humbler (the part that holds the scrotum) and attached the receiver. The points of the receiver barely stick out from the wood of the humbler, but the fact that the humbler is hanging on as tight as it does guarantees excellent contact with the skin. In fact, one of the problems with using the collar as a strap for the balls is that the receiver moves around and perfect contact is not always there and the intensity is reduced. With this setup, it's perfect every time.

Personally, I really enjoy teasing him with the button...letting him know I'm about to push it, but not letting him know exactly when. I love the look in his eyes ... a look of true fear when I show him the boost switch turned on! Awww... Poor baby! :)

I also like to put him into the humbler and have him give me orgasms orally...I lay back with the transmitter in my hand (for safety, set on the lower intensity) and prod him along. There have been times when I've timed out the device (it has a 10 second safety where it turns off if you press it continuously for 10 seconds) during an orgasm and I didn't even know it! LOL!

Anyway...these devices are terrific...you can't use them up on the neck though...I've been told you shouldn't use any electricals above the waist as a rule of thumb. I doubt it could really hurt him, but why take the chance?

I enjoy your (and your pet's) blogs! Thanks for writing them!

- Rika.

Fabulous! I really do not use the DOB as a training aid either. My Pet is self trained. I just reap the benefits...several of which you mentioned in your comment. The addition of an occasional jolt during oral sex can be quite...stimulating. We will have to give that "humbler' a try.

I never thought about using one of those dog trainers on my boyfriend !
Will set about fitting one to my humbler, without telling him, and watch the reaction when I give him a jolt ! Should be fun. So far, I have only pushed ground Chilli up his bum to make him squirm a bit while I trash him with my crop.
Always willing to try something new.
